Pets are allowed in T5, T6, and T7

We have three rate categories:

1. Holiday Rate - Applies to Memorial Day, July Fourth, Labor Day, and Columbus Day weekends.

2. Peak Camping Rate - Applies to Friday and Saturday nights May 31 through October 14, except holidays.

3. Off Peak Camping - Applies to camping any time from April 15 through May 23 and weeknights all season, except holidays.

Minimum Stays

There is a two-night minimum to book a rental site.

There is a three-night minimum on Memorial Day, Labor Day, and Columbus Day Weekends.

There is a four-night minimum for Fourth of July weekend.

Guests should expect to bring bedding, linen, cooking, and eating utensils.  

Skyline Trailer Rentals

Our 38-foot Skyline park models offer all the comforts of home. Inside each unit is a full bath, one bedroom with a split carpeted loft, a master bedroom with a queen-sized bed, microwave oven, conventional gas stove and oven, coffee maker, toaster, stereo, a 32” flatscreen T.V. (with VGA, HDMI, and RCA hookup), plus a refrigerator, freezer, and A/C. Outside includes an awning, a deck with tables and chairs, a picnic table, and a charcoal barbecue grill. There is a ramp to the deck entering T-6.

Stewart Lodges 

Our Stewart Lodges give you the feeling of the great outdoors with all the comforts of home. Inside each unit is a sleeping loft, a master bedroom (units R8 and R10 have a double bed, until R9 has a queen) and a full bathroom. Also included in the Stewart Lodges: microwave oven, conventional gas stove and oven, coffee maker, toaster, 32" color TV, plus a full-size refrigerator, freezer, and A/C. Outside there is a 12’ by 12’ screened-in porch with a table and chairs, a large open deck, and a charcoal barbecue grill.

All prices subject to a 6.35% Sales Tax. All prices are based on two people.

Birches Cabin 

Our Cabin has two rooms and offers comfortable sleeping with one full bed and two bunk beds. Also included is heat, 20" TV, a small refrigerator, coffee maker, a picnic table, and a charcoal barbecue grill. There is no indoor plumbing, however there are restroom facilities nearby.

All prices subject to a 15% Occupancy Tax. All prices are based on 2 adults.

Extra Person Charge

All prices above are based on two (2) people. The following charges would be applied if there are more than 2 people in a rental unit. All prices are subject to applicable sales tax.

Persons not pre-registered for camping at Lone Oak Campsites will be charged as a visitor. 

Rental Unit Policies

• Our rates are based on 2 people, fee charged for additional persons.

• We allow one family or 4 adults (21 years or older) maximum per site (family definition is 2 adults and their unmarried children).

• There is a three night minimum on holidays (four night minimum on the Fourth of July weekend). There is a two night minimum for all non-holiday reservations.

• Check in time is 3 pm and check out is 11 am.

• No discounts are allowed on Rental units.

• No smoking in rentals.

• No pets allowed in or around the rental area.
  *Except T5, T6, and T7, which are designated pet-friendly

• Tents are not allowed to be set up on rental unit sites.

• No overnight visitors are allowed.

Deposits

• All payments must be received within 7 days of making reservations

• Holiday and weekend reservations require payment in full

• 50% deposit required on all non-holiday reservations.

Security Deposits

• A security deposit of $100 is required on all Rental Units (can be paid upon arrival) and will be returned within 2 weeks

• We expect rentals to be left clean and undamaged. A cleaning or damage fee may be subtracted from the security deposit

Cancellations and Refunds

• Refunds are available on cancellations over 7 days prior to arrival date

• Gift Certificates issued if canceled less than 6 days prior to arrival date
