Upon entering you will at once see and feel the difference the Oak Ridge has to offer you. Built on an 8” steel I-beam frame the 2” x 4” sub-floor is topped with glued & screwed 5/8” plywood. Next our 2” x 3” x 7.6’ sidewalls are erected 16”on center. The roof is an 8” certified truss style cathedral roof with 1/2” decking and finished with 25-year shingles.
