General Information
(All prices based on 2 people - see extra person charges)
Peak Time Rates (Apply to the dates below, all other times are off peak rates)
Friday & Saturday nights May 23rd - August 31st and holidays.
Minimum Stays:
We no longer have a one week minimum during the summer.
There is a two night minimum on weekends, excluding holidays.
There is a three night minimum on Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day and Columbus Day Weekends.
Guests should expect to bring bedding, linen, cooking and eating utensils.
Stewart Lodges
Our Stewart Lodges give you the feeling of the great outdoors with all the comforts of home. Inside each unit is a sleeping loft, a separate master bedroom (double bed) and a full bath. Also included in the Stewart Lodges; microwave oven, conventional gas stove and oven, coffee maker, toaster, 20" color TV w/DVD player, plus a full size refrigerator and freezer & A/C. Outside there is a 12 by 12 foot screened in porch with a table and chairs, a large open deck and a charcoal barbecue grill.

Canterbury Park Model
Our 40 foot park model trailers offer all the comforts of home. Inside each unit is a full bath and a separate master bedroom (double bed), microwave oven, conventional gas stove and oven, coffee maker, toaster, stereo, 20" color TV w/DVD player, plus a full size refrigerator and freezer & A/C. Outside there is an awning, deck with table and chairs, a picnic table and a charcoal barbecue grill.

Birches Cabin
Our Cabin has two rooms and offers comfortable sleeping, 1 full bed, 2 bunk beds. Also included are heat, 20" TV w/DVD player, a small refrigerator, coffee maker, a picnic table and a charcoal barbecue grill. There is no indoor plumbing, however there are restroom facilities nearby.

Persons not pre-registered for camping at Lone Oak Campsites will be charged as a visitor. See visitor charges & policies.
General Rental Policies
• Our rates are based on 2 people, fee charged for additional persons. (Family definition is 2 adults and their unmarried children.)
• We allow one family or 4 adults (21 years or older) maximum per site.
• Three or four night minimum on holidays.
• Two night minimum during Off Times.
• Check in time is 3 pm, check out is 11 am.
• No discounts allowed on Rental units.
• No smoking in rentals.
• No pets allowed in or around the rental area.
• Tents are not allowed to be set up on rental unit sites.
• No overnight visitors.
Deposits
• All payments must be received within 7 days of making reservations.
• Holiday weekends require payment in full.
• Credit card payment required on reservations taken 21 days or less prior to arrival.
• 50% deposit on overnight and weekly stays.
Security Deposits
• A security deposit of $100.00 is required on all Rental Units (can be paid upon arrival) and will be returned by mail within 2 weeks.
• We expect rentals to be left clean and undamaged. A cleaning or damage fee may be subtracted from the security deposit.
Cancellations and Refunds
• Refunds are available on cancellations over 7 days prior to arrival date.
• Gift Certificates issued if cancelled less than 6 days prior to arrival date.
