Activities Team Member view >

Conduct activities with campers of all ages. This includes enforcing rules and regulating general activities. Supervise dances, assist with daily recreational events and special events.
Shifts vary between 8am-11pm

Requirements:
•A Friendly disposition. • The ability to work with children and peers. • Have basic knowledge of field games. • Staff shirt and name badge (provided).

Duties:
• Follow your schedule. • Maintain control of your activities. • Know the rules of your activity games. • Use 2-way radio as needed. • Use golf cart and follow golf cart rules. • Know and follow campground rules. • Know safety procedures. • Knowledge of basic First Aid helpful. • Ability to have exposure to the elements.

Housekeeping Team Member view >

Perform cleaning tasks such as washing floors, cleaning showers, sweeping, etc. Clean and maintain rental units. Maintain overall cleanliness of facilities. Shifts vary between 7am-11pm

Requirements:
• Ability to do some moderate lifting. • Ability to follow cleaning procedures.

Duties:
• Clean, sanitize and maintain restrooms, rental units and facilities. • Clean showers and toilets. • Wash floors, windows and counters. • Sweep. • Grounds pickup (litter and garbage).

Hayloft Lounge Team Member view >

Bartender - Mix drinks and handle money transactions with guests.
Waiter/Waitress - Wait tables for weekend only full service bar. Handle money transactions with guest.
Security - Greet customers, check ID's and handle difficult customers.
All positions: shifts vary between 1pm-11pm

BARTENDER
Mix drinks and handle money transactions with guests.

Requirements:
• A friendly disposition. • Ability to perform heavy lifting. • Ability to stand for long periods of time. • Staff shirt and name badge (provided).

Duties:
• Greet customers. • Mix drinks. • Handle cash and give change. • Use computerized register. • Keep bar area clean. • Restock coolers. • Follow opening and closing procedures.


WAITER/WAITRESS

Wait tables for weekend only full service bar. Handle money transactions with guest.

Requirements:
• A friendly disposition. • Have good math skills. • Withstand prolonged walking and standing. • Ability to perform some heavy lifting. • Use computerized register. • Staff shirt and name badge (provided).

Duties:
• Greet customers. • Service customers at tables. • Carry trays of drinks. • Handle cash and give change. • Keep areas clean. • Follow opening and closing procedures.


SECURITY

Greet customers, check ID's and handle difficult customers.

Requirements:
• A friendly disposition. • Ability to handle difficult people. •Staff shirt and name badge (provided).

Duties:
• Greet customers at door. • Check ID's as required and deny access to minors. • Prevent drinks from being brought in or taken out of lounge. • Be firm, fair and friendly when dealing with unruly customers.

Maintenance Team Member view >

Mowing - Mowing throughout the campground.
Landscaping - General planting, mulching, weeding and pruning.
Grounds Keeping - General upkeep of the campground.
All Positions: Shifts vary between 8-5pm

MOWING
Maintain general upkeep of mower (i.e. changing oil, sharpening blades, etc.). Sit on a ride along mower for extended periods of time to mow throughout the campground.

Requirements:
• Be mechanically inclined. • Ability to perform heavy lifting. • Staff shirt and name badge (provided).

Duties:
• Able to adjust mower. • Sharpen blades. • Change oil for the mower. • Move picnic tables. • Long spans of sitting on riding mowers. • Ability to have exposure to elements.


LANDSCAPING

Upkeep of existing flower beds and shrubs. General planting, mulching, weeding and pruning.

Requirements:
• Be mechanically inclined. • Ability to perform heavy lifting. • Staff shirt and name badge (provided).

Duties:
• Adjust, clean and maintain small engines. • Small engine operation (weed eaters, hedge trimmers and push mowers). • Prune, trim trees, rake and weed • Garden maintenance. • Cleanup.


GROUNDS KEEPING

General upkeep of sites and surrounding areas. Fire ring ash removal, site litter removal after each guests departs or before next customer arrives. Trash collection daily and recycling collection bi-weekly.

Requirements:
• Have a Drivers License. • Ability to perform heavy lifting. • Staff shirt and name badge (provided).

Duties:
• Maintain roads and fill pot holes. • Trash pickup daily basis and recycle designated trash. • Clean sites and pickup debris (pine cones, branches, etc.). • Clean out fireplaces and return fire rings to holding area • Other jobs that are required of you.

Office Team Member view >

Handle reservations by phone, email or in person on a computerized reservation system. Greet guests as they arrive and process their information efficiently as well as provide all the necessary information. Handle money transactions with guest. Perform a variety of tasks in the preparation of each weekends arrival of guests. Ensure overall customer satisfaction. General light cleaning, maintain inventory - brochures, maps and restocking.
Shifts vary between 8am-11pm

Requirements:
• A friendly disposition. • Ability to endure some long term standing. • Ability to perform moderate lifting. • Have a basic knowledge of office equipment. • Have good phone skills. • Be flexible to rotating late and early shifts. • Able to work weekends, holidays and evenings. • Staff shirt and name badge (provided).

Duties:
• Greet customers. • Assist guests with questions. • Handle reservations via phone and at check in. • Follow reservation and payment procedures. • Receive payments from campers, seasonals and, visitors. • Know and follow all campground rules. • Operate all office equipment as needed (copiers, fax, cash register, credit card machine, computer, duplicator) • Operate message and paging system. • Operate 2-way radio. • Know emergency procedures. • Keep office clean. • Restock all literature. • Follow opening and closing procedures. • Perform additional duties as required.

Pool Team Member view >

Supervise campers using pool facilities and maintain cleanliness of pool facilities. Monitor pool entrances, explain pool rules and enforce restrictions. Pool maintenance including vacuuming, cleaning deck, filter baskets, and skimmers. Take chemical readings. Certified Pool Operator certification a plus, but not required.
Shifts vary between 8am-10:30pm.

Requirements:
• A friendly disposition. • Ability to endure long periods in sun. • Have a swimming ability. • Able to enforce pool and spa rules. • Must be at least 16 years of age.

Duties:
• Stay alert at all times. • Know and enforce pool/spa rules. • Know safety procedures. • Test chemical balance in pools and spa and adjust accordingly. • Follow opening and closing procedures. • Knowledge of basic First Aid is helpful.

Security Team Member view >

Patrolling position - Patrol the campground ensuring the guests are safe and secure.
Gate position - Check visitors into the campground.
Both Positions: shifts vary depending on season.

PATROLLING
Patrol the campground ensuring the guests are safe and secure. Perform various errands for the office, including delivering messages to guests. Use company vehicle to drive throughout campground checking for car passes and enforcing campground rules and delivering messages. Restroom maintenance as required. Assist in emergency situations.

Requirements:
• Have a Drivers License. • Staff shirt and name badge (provided)

Duties:
• Ability to move in and out of vehicles, endure extensive walking to secure areas not accessible by vehicle. • Have a congenial personality. • Need to handle difficult situations and solve customer problems as they arise. • Handle money and collect visitor fees as needed. • Log activity and keep records of violations. • Endure exposure to the elements. • Use a 2-way radio. • Ability to work late Hours (night patrol). • Keep vehicles clean and orderly.


GATE SECURITY

Check visitors into the campground, handle money transactions. Maintain presence at guard house, greet visitors and campers as they arrive, issue car passes.

Requirements:
Staff shirt and name badge (provided).

Duties:
• Handle money, check in campers, collect visitor fees and be accountable for cash box. • Ability to endure exposure to the elements. • Use a 2-way radio. • Keep guard shack clean and orderly.

RV Service Assistant view >

Follow instructions as directed by RV Tech. Would be helpful to be familiar with RV systems. Should be able to climb a ladder, endure continuous bending or kneeling and working under an RV. Have a strong mechanical ability.
Shifts vary between 9am-6pm

Store & Deli Team Member view >

Store Clerk - Handle guest retail transactions.
Deli Counter Clerk - Carry out food preparation for customers.
Both Positions: Shifts vary between 7:30am-10pm

STORE
Handle guest retail transactions with good math skills. Maintain inventory, restock merchandise, general heavy cleaning of store at end of shift. Use of soft serve, slushy and popcorn machines. This position requires you to stand and move during the entire shift. You will be trained and scheduled to work both the deli and store positions.

Requirements:
• Ability to perform heavy lifting (25-35lbs - ice and soda). • Ability to perform heavy housekeeping. • Have good people skills. • Ability to endure prolonged periods of standing. • Staff shirt and name badge (provided).

Duties:
• Follow opening procedures. • Price and restock shelves as necessary. • Operate computerized cash register. • Keep aisles clear and clean. • Keep counters clean. • Check in deliveries. • Prepare returns. • Follow opening and closing procedures.


DELI

Responsible for taking guests order in a kindly and efficient manner. Responsible for food prep and general cleanliness of deli area. Handle guests retail transactions. This position requires you to stand and move during the entire shift. You will be trained and scheduled to work both the deli and store positions.

Requirements:
• Maintain a clean and neat appearance. • Must be at least 18yrs old to operate slicer. • Have some experience in same or related field.• Have good people skills. • Ability to endure prolonged periods of standing. • Staff shirt and name badge (provided).

Duties:
• Assist in everyday operations of deli. • Make breakfast sandwiches and grinders. • Operate equipment, (slicer, microwaves, soft serve machine, auto-fry, toaster, ovens and coffee maker). • Perform daily cleaning. • Restock as necessary. • Fill ice dispenser.
