Lone Oak Campsites is a great family campground located in Northwestern Connecticut. Nestled in the charming region of the Berkshire foothills at the base of Canaan Mountain. Lone Oak is spread over 250 acres and has 469 campsites with a full range of hookup options.
You can camp under the cool canopy of the woods or in a sun-drenched field. In any case, Lone Oak has a great campsite for you and your family.

Lone Oak has solar power panels on the roof of the Hayloft Lounge to help move Lone Oak to carbon neutral operation.

All new lighting installed are energy-efficient LEDs. We are updating and improving all other lighting around the campground to energy-efficient models.

All frying oil used at Lone Oak is collected and used at a nearby dairy farm to be used in their methane digester to reduce waste in the Chipmunk Market.

There are recycling receptacles throughout the entire campground. During garbage collection, separated recycling is collected and kept separate for recycling at the North Canaan Transfer Station.
